    Ramjatan Yadav, 40, who was injured in the incident of assault over a drain dispute in Khabhra village of Tanakuppa police station area of ​​Gaya, died during treatment at PMCH in Patna on Thursday. Police has arrested Sarju Yadav, an accused involved in this incident.

    It is worth mentioning that on Thursday, Sarju Yadav and Ramjatan Yadav first heard the talk about not allowing the drain to be cleaned between the two parties and then there was an incident of assault with sticks and sharp weapons. In this fight, Sarju, along with five-six people, had badly injured Ramjatan by beating him with sticks and sticks. Apart from this, the attackers also carried out the incident of assault with the family members and animals of Ramjatan Yadav.

    Ramjatan had fainted and fell on the ground due to a serious head injury. The villagers had informed the police about the incident but no one stepped forward to save them. The people of the village were also a spectator. The police picked up the injured and sent them to Gaya Medical College after getting first aid from the police jeep at Tanakuppa PHC. Seeing the serious condition of the patient from there too, he was sent to Patna PMCH.

    Where he died on Friday night during therapy. The relatives of the deceased told that Sarju Yadav had beaten up Ramjatan brutally. Ramjatan’s forehead was torn in the fight. Arms and legs were broken. There were also internal injuries at many places in the body. The relatives told that since the last one year, there had been six incidents of fighting between the two sides over the land. There is also a litigation going on between the two regarding the respective land.

    A cow has also died in this incident of assault. There are two animals injured. Sarju Yadav and his family animal did not even leave. Police station in-charge Sanjay Kumar said that after hearing the news of death, I am camping in the village for security. No further untoward incident happened. All the named accused will be arrested within 24 hours. The law will give strict punishment to the guilty. A case has been registered by the sister-in-law of the deceased, naming four people. Raids have been started for the arrest.
