The injured Ganesh Yadav told that three brothers together had bought one and a half bighas of land. There was a dispute with the brother earlier also regarding this land, regarding which a panchayat was also held. It was said in the Panchayati that all the three brothers should do farming on that land in turn, but late Thursday evening, my brother Mahesh Yadav started refusing to do farming for planting wheat crop on the land. While protesting, brother Mahesh Yadav and his son Pawan Kumar were attacked with a spade, due to which I was seriously injured. At present, the condition of the injured is said to be serious. It is said that the brother never accepted the decision of the Panchayat and in the late evening he seriously injured his brother by beating him, who has been admitted to Nawada’s Sadar Hospital. On the other hand, Mahesh Yadav has said that the allegation made by his brother is absolutely baseless, no incident of assault has been carried out by us. Police took the statement of the injured person at Nawada’s Sadar Hospital. Pawapuri has been referred in a critical condition.
