It is said that on Tuesday morning, an illegal sand laden tractor was confiscated by the police of Nagar police station from Bhi Bigha area of ​​the city. The said tractor was kept in the city police station premises. The seized tractor disappeared from the police station on the same night. Like this the owner and the driver ran away with the tractor or were driven away. The discussions are of various kinds. It is being said that a big game happened before the tractor escaped.

The matter came to the notice of the SP that the tractor was released after taking bribe. He got it checked. Then further action was taken. The allegations were confirmed in the investigation by DSP Sadar Upendra Prasad and Inspector Niyaz Ahmed of Nawada Zone. Investigation revealed that the tractor was confiscated by ASI Ramanand Yadav. Which was released from the police station by ASI Raghuveer Sahni, the writer officer (Munshi) with the consent of SHO Vijay Kumar Singh. After which all three were suspended.

Let us inform that sand mining has been stopped in the district since January 1, 22. Nevertheless, sand mining and transportation is going on indiscriminately. It is noteworthy that in the case of escaping two sand laden trucks seized earlier, Roh SHO Ravi Bhushan, two watchmen, OD officers, police personnel on sentry duty, a total of 5 police personnel were suspended.
