Human rights advocate SK Jha is representing the case. Jha told that recently the teaser of the film Adipurush has been released, in which the origin of Valmiki Ramayana has been wrongly depicted. Lord Rama, Hanuman and Mata Sita are depicted incorrectly. In order to tarnish Valmiki Ramayana, misleading advertisements and misrepresentation are being broadcast by the opposing parties, which is against the Consumer Protection Act.
Simultaneously, the work related to creating a misleading picture of epics like Valmiki Ramayana in the minds of the coming generations is being done by the opposing parties, which is against the law. The matter will come up for hearing on October 13.
