The injured in the incident has been identified as 45-year-old Suresh Mahato, resident of Siwan Sadar. Regarding the incident, e-rickshaw driver Suresh Mahto told that he was returning to Siwan after dropping a ride from Siwan railway station to Mairwa. Meanwhile, the car coming at a high speed hit his e-rickshaw, after which he overturned on the road along with the rickshaw. After the incident, an atmosphere of chaos prevailed on the spot. With the help of passers-by, the rickshaw was somehow made to stand back. Here, after the incident, the rickshaw driver was admitted to the local clinic for treatment, where the doctors asked to be shown at Siwan Sadar Hospital after first aid. Here, after getting information about the incident, the police reached the spot to show Jiradei and started investigating the matter.

In relation to the incident, the e-rickshaw driver told that the passenger got down from a special train at Siwan railway station, after which he had told to leave after walking to Mairwa. Leaving and returning. Due to the fog, the light of his e-rickshaw was less visible. To save the pothole, he tried to get out of the left by climbing from the right, in the meantime, a speeding car hit his e-rickshaw from the side and fled from the spot.
