BSP leader surrounded the police station with supporters: expressed displeasure with the working style of Kaimur police, raised slogans of Murdabad

Angered by the police working style, BSP leader Satish Yadav Pintu along with his supporters on Monday reached Durgavati police station and surrounded the police station from one side. It is alleged that on Sunday night I was returning home from Banaras in my private car, as soon as the police reached Kalyanpur canal, the police was already there. The sub-inspector of the police station whose uniform did not have a name plate. He signaled to stop the car. I stopped my car. The car was searched by the police. The police was asking me to get down from the car. I was wearing seat belt. While unfastening the seat belt, the sub-inspector of Durgavati police station threatened to do an encounter using inappropriate language. I belong to a political party, I am not a criminal. During this, a jawan posted in the police station recognized me, then I reached my home. Well the whole incident started floating on social media on Monday morning.

It was through social media that the BSP leader called upon his supporters to come to Durgavati police station. At 10 am on Monday, his supporters reached Durgavati police station and started raising slogans against the working style of the police. They were adamant on the demand to call higher officials on the spot. Here, taking seriously the gherao of the police station, Mohania SDPO Faiz Ahmed Khan Circle Inspector and police force reached the spot.

The SDPO said that whatever the matter is, make a written complaint, action will be taken after investigation. Then the supporters agreed and filed a written complaint. However, in this case, station president Rajiv Ranjan Singh said that night patrolling is done to crack down on crime. According to the routine, the police do their work at sensitive times and strictly. During the patrol, the BSP leader was going home from Banaras, whose vehicle was searched, there is nothing special. After the matter came to the notice, I inquired with the sub-inspector and the police force, no such thing came to light.
