    The body of an 8-year-old boy was found on Thursday evening near the hydroelectric project near Shri Khinda Lakh of Nokha police station area of ​​Rohtas. The deceased boy was identified as Hariom alias Anish Pal, 8-year-old son of Surendra Pal, resident of Bhediya village in Dehri.

    It may be known that on January 2, 2022, Anees fell into the canal near Jagjivan College while breaking enmity, a lot of research was done but the dead body was not found. Ten days later today, the boy’s body was recovered from a canal near the water power project located at Shri Khinda Lakh in Nodkha police station area. The police of Nokha police station have taken the body into custody and sent it to Sasaram for postmortem.

    Hariom fell into the canal after slipping his feet

    It may be known that an eight-year-old boy fell into the canal and drowned after he slipped while plucking a hat from a banyan tree on the banks of the main canal near Hadhadwa Pal Le, Nudiliya, Dehri city. As soon as the information about the incident took place on the afternoon of January 2, the police-administrative officials were trying to rescue the drowned child with the help of a diver, but the body could not be recovered. 8-year-old Hariom Kumar was the only son of Surendra Pal, a resident of Khalaspur, Bhabhua, who was studying in class 2 in the government middle school of the village, staying at the house of his maternal grandfather late Ram Narayan Pal, a resident of Bhediya.
