Blind T20 World Cup 2022: The Indian blind cricket team has made the country proud. The men’s blind team continued to rule the world cricket. Team India defeated Bangladesh by 120 runs in the final of T20 World Cup. India has won this title for the third time. Earlier in 2012 and 2017, India had won the Blind T20 World Cup.

India scored 277 runs

In the final match played at the Chinnaswamy ground, India won the toss and batted first. The team scored 277 runs losing 2 wickets. Sunil Ramesh played a stormy innings. He hit 136 runs on 63 balls. At the same time, captain Ajay Kumar Reddy scored 100 runs in 50 balls. Earlier, the team had lost 2 wickets for 29 runs.

Bangladesh could score 157 runs

Chasing the target, the Bangladesh team could score only 157 runs in 20 overs. The team had to face defeat by 120 runs. Bangladeshi batsmen could not play openly in front of India’s bowling. Lalit Meena and Ajay Kumar got 1-1 success from Team India. The next World Cup will be played in Pakistan in the year 2024.
