The state president of Bihar BJP has surrounded Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for withdrawing the review petition of the civic elections. Talking to the media in the party’s state office this evening, he said that yesterday was a very unfortunate day for Bihar and Bihar government. When the government did not have to argue in the court, why was the review petition filed?

Sanjay Jaiswal alleged that the Bihar government is involved in many scams, but for the first time the lawyer scam came to the fore in Bihar. The Bihar government filed 15 review petitions and withdrew them on the very first day. In all this, only 2 people benefited. First advocate Vikas Singh, who is given 35 lakhs per hearing. Another lawyer Manendra Singh. They also charge almost as much money for a single hearing. What is the point of giving so much money when the government did not have to debate. Whereas the Advocate General is made to look into such matters only. It seems that the Advocate General of Bihar is also acting like a rubber stamp.

‘The formation of the Backward Commission is ridiculous’

Sanjay Jaiswal said that the way the government constituted the Most Backward Commission yesterday. This is ridiculous. The president made such a man who is walking ill. Whereas retired judges should also be kept in this commission. But the Bihar government did not do so. So yesterday was a dark day.

He said that the working style of DGP of Bihar is also under suspicion. The DGP is the highest police officer of a state. If any person is getting the DGP working by deceiving him, calling him and getting him lobbying, then imagine what will happen to the law and order situation of that state.

Sanjay Jaiswal said that we suspect that along with the DGP, the CM must have been called and advocated. It should be investigated that how many people have done wrong things to which people of Bihar by speaking wrongly. Nitish Kumar is dividing Bihar in the pursuit of becoming PM. Investigation should be done by the court in the case of DGP and Natwarlal and a white paper should be issued regarding them.
