Significantly, on Monday itself, the CBI had filed a second fresh charge sheet against Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav in the case of railway job scam in exchange of land. The main point in this charge sheet was kept by the CBI that a land was bought in the name of a private company for Rs 10.83 lakh and immediately this land and some other land were given to the then Railway Minister Lalu Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi and his son Tejashwi Yadav. Named after Instead, shares worth just Rs 1 lakh were transferred.
During the land transfer, this land was lying to the company for about 1 crore 77 lakhs and it was transferred in the name of Lalu and his family for only 1 lakh rupees, although the market value was more.
