    Barabanki News: Two sleeper buses accident in Barabanki, 44 passengers of Madhya Pradesh and Gonda injured

    Two sleeper buses met with an accident in Safdarganj and Masauli police station areas of Barabanki district. The bus going from Madhya Pradesh to Ayodhya got stuck in a jam at Safdarganj. Meanwhile, the tanker coming from behind hit hard, due to which the bus rammed into the truck standing in front. Of the 52 people on board the bus, 20 suffered serious injuries, while several sustained minor injuries. Whereas in Masauli, the double decker bus collided with the divider due to sleepiness of the driver. Two dozen passengers were injured here, out of which five suffered serious injuries.

    All the injured were taken to different hospitals with the help of the police, from where preparations are being made to send the injured home after first aid. The double-decker bus carrying passengers from Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh to Ayodhya reached near Udhauli overbridge in Safdarganj police station area around 3.30 am. The bus was stopped due to jam at Ahmedpur toll plaza. Meanwhile, a tanker coming from behind hit the bus at a high speed, due to which the bus rammed into the truck standing in front. There was a scream after the accident. Local people and police reached the spot after hearing the noise.

    During the accident, 20 of the 52 people on board the bus were injured. In these, Rammanohar (65), Omprakash Shukla (58) resident of Bogri of Simpur police station area of ​​Shahdol, Ramkhelavan (55) resident of Jhagarha of Sohagpur, Ramkishore (50) resident of Sindoori, Rajesh Patel (45) resident of Hanaj of Hairaha, Lallaram resident of Antara ( 67), Rampatiya Sahu (58), a resident of Dhamhara, Simpur, bus driver Rakesh Mishra and others sustained serious injuries. All the injured were immediately taken to the CHC.

    On getting the information, Naib Tehsildar Sudhakar Pandey, Transport Department officials reached the spot and after knowing the condition of the injured, have started arrangements to send them home. The double decker bus number UP 43T 9512 of Vaishali Express was going from Delhi to Gonda with 70 passengers. At around four in the morning, the bus overturned after colliding with the divider at the Masauli intersection.

     

    When the passengers started screaming after the incident, the local people rushed to the spot and pulled everyone out. About two dozen people were injured in the accident. Masauli police reached the information and arrested Paramhans (25), resident of Kaudiya Basantpur in district Gonda, Julie (28), resident of Umri Begumganj, her husband Amarkesh (30), driver Sanjay Shukla (36), resident of Narayanpur of Gonda Dehat Kotwali, Gayatri (36), resident of Dhanepur. 25) was admitted to CHC Badagaon with the help of an ambulance due to serious injuries. Here the injured were discharged after first aid. It is being told that the accident happened due to sleepiness of the driver.
