A balloon seller died of a cylinder blast at Naya Bazar Chowk under Kotwali police station area of Bhagalpur at around 6.30 pm on Thursday. Police have identified the deceased as Ranjit Mandal, 40 years old son of Mangan Mandal, a resident of Company Bagh in the University police station area.
