A balloon seller died of a cylinder blast at Naya Bazar Chowk under Kotwali police station area of Bhagalpur at around 6.30 pm on Thursday. At the same time, those injured in the incident were also sent to the hospital. Police have identified the deceased as Ranjit Mandal, 40 years old son of Mangan Mandal, a resident of Company Bagh in the University police station area.
