Orientation program was organized by Amity University on Tuesday at Gyan Bhawan, Patna. This year 700 students took admission in various subjects in the university. The program was inaugurated by U Ramachandran, Senior Vice President, Amity Education Group. The aim of the orientation program was to introduce the new batch of students to the culture and moral values of the University and prepare them for the future ahead. The parents of the students were also present on this occasion.
Motivated the children to move forward
On this occasion, the Chancellor of the University, Dr. Atul Chauhan, while addressing the children through video conference, said that the children of Bihar are very different. He is hardworking and tries to move forward. He said that he is confident that he will write new success stories. Addressing the students, their parents and guardians in the orientation programme, U.K. Ramachandran introduced the attendees to Amity Philosophy and Culture. He said that moral values and values are the core principles of the students of Amity.
The program continued till late Tuesday evening.
Gaurav Gupta, Vice President, Amity Education Group said that the students were motivated to invest their time and energy in studies in a positive way. Dr. Vivekananda Pandey, Pro-Vice Chancellor congratulated the students for choosing Amity University Patna for their higher education. He asked the freshers to take advantage of Amity’s ambiance and take advantage of this platform for placement preparation.

Farewell of senior batch was also organized
After this, Farewell was also organized for the senior batch students. Where a band from Patna forced the students to dance on various songs. Boys and girls wore a fusion of traditional and modern clothes on an Indo-Western theme. The program continued till late Tuesday evening.
