Niranjan Kumar called in the morning itself. He had asked to come to the office early. For this reason she reached at 11:15 am. She was alone there at that time. After some time, Niranjan Kumar started talking dirty to him. Then tried to rape. During that flirting. When she started running from there, an attempt was made to pull her clothes. She got scared seeing their bad intentions. Frightened, she ran downstairs. Meanwhile, the victim called her friends and the Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) number 112 and informed. Then the police of ERSS and Shastri Nagar police station reached the spot.

The senior advocate was asking for Gurudakshina. In the statement given to the police, the victim told that when she reached the office, her friend was sent downstairs by the senior advocate on some pretext. It is alleged that Niranjan Kumar first forcibly made him sit with him. Then asked to close the door. When objected, he said that you are very beautiful. After this forcefully hugged. Saying I love you said- That’s why I used to keep you in the office till late everyday. The victim told the police that Niranjan Kumar forcibly held my hand. Started taking them to the next room, which is their bedroom. When there was a lot of fear, then the advocate said – don’t be afraid, this is Gurudakshina. After this, the victim told about getting a call from home. Making an excuse to talk on the phone, she moved a little distance and called her friends. Then ran away from there and went downstairs.

At present, during the investigation, evidence is being collected against the senior advocate. By the way, as soon as the matter was known, many students of the victim student’s college reached near the apartment located near Energy Park. The friends of the victim created a ruckus on the spot. Meanwhile, the police also came and pacified the matter by pacifying the students. Police reached the spot and took Niranjan Kumar into custody from his office itself.
