Fans were very excited to see this modern version of Ramayana, but this film got into controversies since its release. The dialogues of the film and the getup of the characters were strongly criticized by the people. The demand to ban the film started rising. In view of which the makers had announced to change the dialogues of the film on June 18, after which now the controversial dialogues of the film have been changed. The film is being shown in theaters with all these changes. But we are only hearing the changed dialogues, but in the lip-singing of Hanuman ji, there are only the old dialogues, so no major change is visible from the changed dialogues. In the film “Adipurush”, the controversial dialogues of Hanuman ji “Kapda tere baap ka, tel tere baap ka, aag bhi tere baap ki, jalegi bhi tere baap ki…” have been changed. Now Hanuman ji’s tail is on fire. He turns and says to Meghnad- ‘The cloth of your Lanka, the oil of your Lanka, the fire also of your Lanka, your Lanka will also burn.’ Even though Lanka is being heard in the changed dialogues, we are seeing only the father on the screen. Now the film is being shown with this change, but how much difference this change makes, only the fans will decide.
Negative reviews are affecting the film collection
If we talk about the collection of the film, then it seems to be decreasing continuously since its release. Endwas booking of the film had given the film a good opening but the bad reviews of the film ended all the excitement of the people. After making a film, making changes in the film is a difficult task which also costs a lot of money. But due to increasing controversies, the makers took this big decision. But apart from the dialogues, there were many such things in the film which people did not like at all. Released on Friday, June 16, the film did a record-breaking collection of 140 crores on the very first day. On Sunday, the film earned only Rs 69 crore at the box office. On the other hand, the film’s collection on Monday was Rs 16 crore only. On the other hand, if we talk about today, the collection of the film has come down to around 10 crores.
