Keeping this in mind, action should be taken against the planning assistant as per rules. Planning assistant Devendra Kumar was caught under the influence of alcohol on August 5, 2022 in Bakhtiyarpur. There he came out after depositing the fine.

After this, on October 25, he was once again caught drinking alcohol in the Bounsi police station area. He hid the evidence of the previous case and came out after paying a fine for drinking alcohol for the first time.

After the disclosure of this matter, now their trouble has increased. In this case, Banka SDPO Vipin Bihari told that legal advice is being taken by the police to take action on the planning assistant.
