Liquor smuggler caught in police raid.
On the basis of secret information, the Korma police station raided on Saturday and succeeded in arresting an absconding accused Rajesh Kumar alias Botal Ram in more than half a dozen cases including the Arms Act. The arrested accused has been said to be the son of Kunwar Ram, a resident of Murarpur village.
The raid was led by Korma police station president cum police sub-inspector Nitish Kumar. The station chairman said that the police had recovered a consignment of 45 liters of country liquor from the arrested accused’s house last seven months ago.
Police was looking for the accused for 7 months
During the raid, Bottle Ram managed to escape. Station President Nitish Kumar told that the police was looking for this for the last seven months. Today the police got a secret information that he has come to the village. As soon as the information was received, he was chased out of the village and arrested.
He told that the arrested accused is a notorious liquor smuggler. Against this, many cases like 27 Arms Act, assault, murderous attack, liquor smuggling are registered in the police station. The accused has also gone to jail several times and came out on bail from jail. Action has been initiated to send the arrested scumbag to the police jail.
