A woman suffering from dowry harassment reached the police station in Aurangabad: said – arrest the husband, Huzoor, always threatens

In Aurangabad, a woman has lodged an FIR in the police station due to dowry harassment and needless beatings. In which the woman has complained to the police against her husband for beating and harassing her for dowry. In this, the police has registered a case against the accused husband.

Actually, this case is of Baidahi village under Jamhor police station of Aurangabad district, where Pooja Kumari of the same village told that her in-laws house falls under Mohanpur police station of Gaya district. During this, her marriage with Chandan Kumar of the year 2019 was completed according to the Hindu rituals according to all the demands.

The victim woman told that everything was fine for a few days after the marriage. But after a few days, her husband started demanding money in the form of dowry. After which the inability of the girl’s parents has been expressed.

Although agreements were reached on this matter many times but to no avail. Even after the agreement, the husband kept beating the wife. After which, after getting tired, she went to the police station and filed a case against her husband and demanded action from the police in this matter.

In relation to this incident, Jamhor police station president Sanjay Kumar said that an application has been received from a woman regarding assault and dowry harassment. In which she has made her husband an accused and demanded arrest.

According to the application, a case has been registered in this matter and appropriate action will be taken after investigation. According to the information, the accused husband always tortures the woman for dowry. Threatens to kill if dowry is not given. When the matter was not resolved, the wife had to go to the police station and seek justice.
