8 policemen including SP suspended in Purnia in 2 months: Police department tops in corruption case, stirred up by Vigilance actions

There is no such government office where work is done without tribute. But most of the bribery and corruption have come to the fore in the police department. This has been revealed by the action of Vigilance. Due to the continuous raids of Vigilance, there has been a stir in all the government departments from the police department.

Vigilance caught 5 policemen in two months

The police department of Purnia is now on the target of Vigilance. Two months ago, the Vigilance team had caught the SI of Dagrova police station red handed while entering. Within a week, the SI of Sadar police station and the driver of the police station were caught entering. A month ago, the Special Unit of Vigilance arrested the then SP Daya Shankar and Sadar SHO Sanjay Kumar Singh in the case of disproportionate assets and corruption. The matter was not even cold that on Tuesday, SI Lalji Ram of Mufassil police station was caught while entering 10,000.

In the corruption case along with Vigilance, the Police Department has also taken action against the corrupt police officials. The audio related to corruption of Purnima Kumari, Police Station Officer of Akbarpur OP Police Station and Subhash Paswan, Munshi of the police station, went viral. On Monday, SP Aamir Javed suspended the station head and the scribe.

Not only this, Mirganj police station head Vijay Prakash left a vehicle from Gwalpada in Madhepura two months ago without checking it. On receiving the complaint, IG Suresh Prasad Choudhary suspended SHO Vijay Prakash and made him appear on the line on Monday.
