44 lakh embezzlement case in Siwan: Sub-post office cashier suspended, many employees in suspicious circle

In the case of embezzlement of 44 lakh rupees in the sub-post office located at Mairwa block headquarters of Siwan district, the postal department has taken major action. Sub-post office cashier Rajdev Sah, accused in the embezzlement case, has been suspended from his job.

Let us inform that on September 3, a case of embezzlement of 44 lakh rupees came to the fore in the sub-post office located at Marwa headquarters. Since then, the work of deposit and withdrawal was completely stopped here. Due to which the consumers were facing a lot of trouble.

In the embezzlement case from the sub-post office recently, Dainik Bhaskar had run the news prominently. After which taking cognizance of this matter, Inspector Amit Kumar of Postal Department was appointed by the department to investigate the matter. When its investigation started, it was found that 44 lakh rupees of transactions from the sub post office were missing.

After this, the matter got heated. After such a big scam, the postal department looked into the matter very quickly. After the investigation report was found correct, the cashier of the accused sub post office, Rajdev Sah, has been suspended and a complaint has been lodged against him.

The postal department believes that at the time of embezzlement, cashier Rajdev Sah was present on duty. Under his supervision, such a big embezzlement case came to light. However, in the embezzlement case of Rs 44 lakh, the involvement of which personnel of the sub-post office is being done very closely. Now it is being speculated that soon the veil of this matter will be raised.
