39.400 rupees were withdrawn from the account of another account holder by making a cloned check from the PNB bank of Buxar. When the customer got a call to the bank, the ears of the bank personnel stood up. Guidance has been sought from them by giving information. In the light of which FIR will be lodged against unknown thugs.
According to the information, Surendra Prasad, the account holder of Bikramganj branch, informed the Buxar branch manager that Rs 39,400 has been withdrawn from his account. The check through which this amount was withdrawn is still with him. In such a situation, it is definitely a mistake. Hearing this, the bank personnel immediately drew the check from which the amount was drawn but, there was no difference between that check and the check with the customer. Also told by the customer. Got that there is no difference between the sign on the check and my signature.
Branch manager Anoop Kumar told that both the checks looked identical. Even the security thread inside it was clearly visible after passing through the ultraviolet rays. In such a situation, it became clear that money was withdrawn through cloned cheque, but it also became clear that it was not possible to capture the way the check was made. Verification is done, but, because the amount was less, the bank employees did not have any doubts. In this, further action will be taken on the directions of the officers.
