Here Riya Kumari, the sister of the deceased, told that two days ago her uncle’s boy had a fight with some boys of the locality. Quarrel The cousin of the deceased used to go to another locality to meet his friend, which was opposed by the miscreants, about which the dispute is going on.
Due to the same dispute, the miscreants had also threatened not to open the shops and the dead Akash not to leave the house. As on Monday evening when his father was grinding flour in the flour mill located in his house. Only then ten to fifteen armed men had just arrived there. After that, they first beat and vandalized fiercely. The criminals shot his father. When his brother Akash Kumar Patel came from the mall after getting information, the criminals shot him too.
After this, all the criminals escaped while waving weapons. Both were seriously injured after being shot. After which Akash Bhai Patel was brought to Ara Sadar Hospital for treatment where the doctor declared him brought dead. While his father Amarjeet Bhai Patel, who was injured, was taken for treatment to a private hospital at Babu Bazar in Arrah city where he is being treated.

In this case, Bhojpur SP Sanjay Kumar Singh said that in the preliminary investigation, it has come to the fore that there was a fight between both the parties two days ago i.e. on the 10th. Regarding which an application was made by one of the parties to register a Town Police FIR. After which the police also investigated.
