In Naukadih area of ​​Lakshmipur block of Jamui district, a youth was shot dead in a mutual enmity. There was a stir in the area after the murder of the youth. The deceased youth has been identified as Sohit Mandal father Lakshmi Mandal, 32 years old. The deceased youth is said to be the ward secretary. According to the information received, the youth was playing cards with the villagers sitting in front of his house. People came and fired three bullets at the young man. Due to which the young man died on the spot. On the other hand, after executing the criminal incident, the criminals fled. After the death of the deceased, the family members are in bad condition by crying.

Here, as soon as the information about the incident was received, the Laxmipur police reached the spot, took the dead body in possession and sent it to Jamui Sadar Hospital for postmortem and got involved in the investigation of the incident. Regarding the incident, Rohit Mandal, the brother of the deceased told that the criminals have been identified. In the statement given to the police, six people from their own village have been named as accused. The relatives have included the names of Shyamsundar Mandal, Surend Mandal, Sitaram Mandal, Nitesh Mandal, Prince Mishra and Manish Mishra of the village. On the other hand, the maternal uncle of the deceased, Brahmdev Mandal told that the incident was carried out in a land dispute going on for years. All the accused who were shot dead are said to be relatives.

If sources are to be believed, the deceased Sohit Mandal was made an accused in a murder case. On September 6, a youth named Surendra Mandal was shot dead in Navkadih village itself during a cultural program regarding Ganesh Puja. Surendra was injured in this, in that case Sohit Mandal was made an accused.
