World class railway station will be built in Bhagalpur: DRM said – after the traditional platform is built, more and more trains will be operated

Bhagalpur will become world class railway station

Malda Division’s DRM Vikas Kumar Choubey arrived at Bhagalpur Junction on Tuesday to inspect. Where he planned to make Bhagalpur Junction a world class railway station. Discussions were also held regarding the operation of many trains from Bhagalpur. DRM Vikas Kumar Choubey told the media that today we have inspected the trolleys of the yard which is today at Bhagalpur Junction. He told that his shortcomings were noticed from the Delhi end of the trolley to the Howrah end. Where we saw how we could directly receive the trains coming from Delhi end, we discussed it.

Also, he told that there are some lines which are small, we are discussing to enlarge them so that we can receive 24 coach trains from Bhagalpur. Also he told that there are no main lines here. There has also been a discussion about building a main line.

Along with this, he told that a traditional platform has to be made in Bhagalpur. So that Bhagalpur can be included in the list of world class railway station. We have made a plan for this. So that maximum number of trains can be operated from Bhagalpur. For this, we have considered making an alternate line. For which we have also inspected the land.
