Ram Ashish Kumar, a blind teacher working in a government school located in Puraina village under Sadar block of Sheikhpura district, reached the collectorate on Monday and appealed to SP Kartikeya Sharma. Blind teacher, resident of Dihkusumbha village under Korma police station of the district, is working in the adjacent Puraina Middle School.
