A meeting of All India Anganwadi Employees Mahasabha Banka block unit was organized on Sunday in the Tara Mandir premises of the city. The meeting was presided over by Manju Devi, Vice President, Banka Block Unit, Anganwadi Employees General Assembly. On the occasion, District President Kalyani Singh said that maids have been added under the new education policy. He said that the selection process has been changed. The age limit of Sevika Intermediate and Sahayika Matric pass has been increased from 60 to 65, but there is no discussion about giving honorarium and pay scale. Work is taken from all of us both online and offline but fair prices are not given. That’s why the pay scale should be fixed by giving training as soon as possible. So that the servant and helper can lead their life properly. If our problem is not resolved then agitation will be done in the month of January. Many members including Nandani Kumari, Janki Devi, Archana Kumari, Senali Kumari, Suman Kumari were present on this occasion.
