Brother killed brother in land dispute in Bhagalpur. The deceased has been identified as Manish Thakur (21). The case pertains to Ravichak, Sajaur police station area of ​​the district. Where for the last several years, there was a dispute about land between two cousins. Due to which there was a dispute between the two on 3rd October. The dispute escalated so much that both of them got into a fight. During this, Cousin Badal and Aunt Kavita Devi beat Manish mercilessly. After which Manish was badly injured.

After which the family took Manish to the Sajor police station in an injured condition. Where FIR was registered. The injured Manish was undergoing treatment at Sadar Hospital. After which he was being taken to Siliguri for better treatment, where he died on the way.

After this incident, the deceased’s own brother Nitish Kumar said that in the land dispute, my uncle Funtoosh Thakur, aunt Kavita Devi, cousin Badal Kumar and cousin Kajal Kumar together brutally killed my brother. Nitish alleged that his brother was beaten up with sticks and spade till he was half dead. After which my brother died. On this matter, Sajor Police Officer Mahasweta Singh told that the land dispute was going on between those two cousins ​​for the last several years. In this sequence, Manish has been beaten to death. After which the accused Badal Kumar has been arrested by us. The rest is being processed further.
