- Villagers Lock In Government School Of Samastipur, Teacher Was Not Coming For 2 Months, BEO Reached The Information And Got The Lock Opened

Angry people in Samastipur blocked the school on Friday and started shouting slogans due to non-comection of the posted teacher for the last two months. The BEO, who reached the information of the matter, persuaded the people to open the locked lock. The BEO said that now regular teachers will come and teach the children. The case is of Narayanpur primary school located in Mohiuddinnagar block.

Villagers said that 2 teachers were posted in this primary school, recently one teacher was suspended. While one female teacher is posted in this school. She does not attend school regularly. Even if she comes to school, she comes at 11:00 in the day and leaves by 2:00. Due to which the education and writing of the children is getting ruined. This situation has persisted for almost 2 months. Children come to school, but they keep making a fuss. The school was to open on Friday after Dussehra. The school teacher did not come till 12:00 in the day. The children who reached the school were walking around outside the school.
Seeing this, the angry villagers locked themselves separately in the rooms of the school, and raised slogans against the school administration. During this, people also informed the local BEO, after which BEO Sudhakar Singh, who reached the spot, pacified the people and said that now teachers will come here regularly. After which the calm people opened the lock. About 200 children are enrolled in this school. The area falls in a remote area, due to which there are no good private schools here, the only means for the people is this primary school.
