    The hearing on the anti-separate bail petition of absconding and suspended IPS Aditya Kumar was held on Friday. The debate went on in the court for more than a quarter of an hour. These chats are not of anyone else, but of absconding and suspended IPS Aditya Kumar. The forgery committed by him will become clear only after reading the case diary. That’s why he appealed to the court to read the case diary first. Sources reveal that the case diary of about 800 pages has been submitted to the court by the Economic Offenses Unit.

    It is being claimed that there is some solid evidence against Aditya Kumar in the case of forgery. According to Aditya Kumar’s lawyer SD Sanjay, the court will accept the appeal of Special PP presented by the Economic Offenses Unit. took. For this reason, we have reserved our decision during the hearing today. However, even today SD Sanjay raised questions against DGP Sanjeev Kumar Singhal in the court. Said directly that in the initial call itself, why did he not recognize whether the caller was really the Chief Justice or a fake person? According to him, after reading the case diary, a decision can come in this matter by this evening or on Saturday.

    The DGP was called 40 to 50 times in the name of Patna High Court Chief Justice. He was lobbied to end the liquor case registered against IPS Aditya Kumar at Fatehpur police station in Gaya. Aditya Kumar is the named accused in this case. He is absconding since the case was registered. The Economic Offenses Unit is investigating the matter by registering a case.
