Later, the arrested people were released after being instructed to take the amount of fine and buy helmets. On this occasion, Vehicle Inspector Siddharth Shankar Tripathi told that apart from the helmet, the documents of the vehicle were checked along with the vehicle pollution. He said that 102 bike riders were caught without helmets on Darbhanga-Patna road, who were released after paying fine.
