The eastern joint connection of the newly constructed bridge over the Badua river on the Shambhuganj-Asarganj main road at a cost of Rs 5 crore has become dilapidated and broken within a year. Iron rods on the joint contact path are proving dangerous for vehicles and passers-by. A major road accident can’t be ruled out any day due to the newly constructed bridge getting dilapidated. The sensor had covered the iron rod after Dainik Bhaskar prominently published the news of breaking of joint contact, but within a month the rod started coming out again. Last year itself, the upper bridge was built by the agency Ganesh Ram Dokania at a cost of 5 crores in Badua river. The construction work of the bridge has not been completed even for a year, but the joint connection of the bridge has been broken and has become completely dilapidated.

Bike riders get stuck in the pit and crash, fear remains among the passengers

Due to the coming out of the iron and rods used in the construction of the bridge, when a big vehicle passes, the bars coming out on the side of the bridge collide with each other and make a loud sound. Due to which other drivers get scared. In such a situation, a big accident can happen here any day. Whereas on the northern central part of the bridge, there is water logging even in light rain. Who has no one to take care of. Bike riders often meet with accidents after getting stuck in a pothole in the middle of the road near the eastern bend of the bridge. Pedestrians are also getting injured by the iron rods coming out from the side of the bridge.

The drivers remain scared due to the dilapidated condition of the bridge over the Badua river on the Shambhuganj-Asarganj main road. The eastern side of the bridge has become a cause of trouble for the drivers of small and big vehicles. Due to which the quality of bridge construction has become a matter of discussion. Zip member Pritam Kumar Sah, Sarpanch Tarakeshwar Prasad Singh, Panchayat Samiti member Rajmani Devi, social worker Raghuvar Kumar Singh and other public representatives have demanded repair of the newly constructed bridge. Levelless work has been done on the Badua river bridge at a cost of five crores. Whose secrets are now being revealed.
