Teenager dies due to drowning in pond in Aurangabad: Falls in pond due to foot slip, life lost due to deep water

In Aurangabad on Monday, a teenager fell in a pond after slipping on her feet. Due to which he died by drowning. The incident is of Nimajog village of Tandwa police station area. The deceased 14-year-old teenager Geetanjali Kumari was the daughter of Jitendra Sharma, resident of Nimajog village of Tandwa police station area. According to the information, Kishari had gone towards the pond to defecate.

She fell into the pond due to slipping here. Due to which she drowned in the pond. Neighbors raised an alarm after the incident. Hearing the noise, a large number of people reached the spot and tried to find the girl by jumping into the pond. After a lot of effort, he got him out of the pond, but by then he was dead. After which the incident was reported to the police.

As soon as the information was received, the Tandwa police station reached the spot along with the force and took the dead body in its possession, completed the paperwork and sent it to Aurangabad Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. From where the body was handed over to the relatives after post-mortem. After the incident, the family is in a bad condition. There is mourning in the village. The relatives have demanded compensation under the disaster relief.
