Student commits suicide due to depression in Muzaffarpur: dead body found hanging from fan, people used to taunt when uncle was suspended from job

Matric student Shubham Kumar (14) committed suicide in Alisarai Machi village of Sakra police station area of ​​Muzaffarpur district. His body was found hanging from the ceiling fan in the room. The family brought down his dead body. The incident caused a furore in the family and around. On receiving the information, trainee DSP cum SHO of Sakra police station, Abu Saifi Murtuja reached the spot. The room was searched. A mobile phone was recovered from there. It was examined. But no concrete clue was found. No suicide note was also recovered from the room. After investigation, the police took the body in possession and sent it to SKMCH for post-mortem.

Being a student in depression

Interrogation of the local people led the police to know that Shubham is originally from Vaishali district. For many years he lived with his maternal uncle Jeetlal Kumar. Was a student of matriculation. His maternal uncle is a government teacher. Recently, he was suspended in connection with some case. Some people used to taunt Shubham about this. Used to say that we got your maternal uncle removed from the job. That’s why he was in depression. And today he committed suicide.

Police is investigating on all angles

Trainee DSP said that in the preliminary investigation, the case appears to be of suicide. The statement that the family will give. The case will be registered on that basis. At present, the body has been sent for post-mortem. Some more things will come out when the report comes.
