Stray dog hunted two children in Bhojpur
In Mahuli village of Mufassil police station area of Bhojpur district, a stray dog bitten and badly injured ten people, including two children, late on Friday evening. After which four were brought to Arrah Sadar Hospital by the relatives for treatment. While four other people are being treated locally.
According to the information, among the injured, Parmeshwar Dayal, 62-year-old son of Paran Ram, resident of Mahuli village of Mufassil police station area, Satish Kumar, 13-year-old son of Peter Paswan, Durgesh Kumar, 7-year-old son of Hariram Paswan, Roshan Kumar, 8-year-old son of Ravi Shankar and Mahuli and Six other people from Balua village are involved.
Devanand, the family of the injured told that a stray dog has gone mad in the village. He has also bitten many people in Belghat village adjacent to the village a day ago.
He had come to Mahuli village late on Friday evening and used to bite people who were passing by on the way. First he bit two children. After this, one by one he bitten about eight to ten people. The same mad dog was running away with a five-year-old child by pressing it in its jaws, after which the people present there saved it with great difficulty. In which four people were brought to Ara Sadar Hospital for treatment. Where everyone is being treated. After this, the villagers laid siege to the said dog and killed it.
