Sexual abuse for two years on the pretext of marriage: Abortion of minor several times in Sitamadi, denial of marriage

In Sitamarhi, a case of sexual exploitation of a minor has come to the fore on the pretext of marriage. The incident is from a village under Bela police station area. Where a 16-year-old girl has been sexually assaulted. In this regard, the victim along with her relatives lodged a complaint with the police station. After registering the complaint, the police got the minor medical done at Sadar Hospital.

Was doing sexual abuse for two years

According to the information received, the victim’s father told that his daughter was taken by the accused along with his associates to Sareh in the village at around 9 pm on October 25. Where the accused had sex. The family members came to know about it. Then after enquiry, it came to know that for the last two years, he has been sexually abusing her on the pretext of marriage. When asked for marriage, he refused.

Refused to marry when caught

In the FIR lodged by the victim, Mohd, son of Haseeb, a resident of Sukki Musharniya village of Bela police station area. Israfil has been made an accused. It was told that the accused youth was having sex for 2 years. During this, she has had abortions several times while remaining in the womb.

It was told that when the girl’s family came to know about this, then the accused youth told about marriage, then he refused to marry. After which a complaint has been lodged against the accused in the police station on Thursday. Here, Bela SHO Subhash Mukhiya along with his team is engaged in investigating the matter. The same police also got the victim’s medical done.
