Scooty riding female SI and constable injured in Sheikhpura: luxury car stumbled, police chased and caught

An uncontrollable luxury car rammed into a scooty in front of the city police station located on Station Road of Sheikhpura city. Due to which a female Inspector Urmila Kumari, 26 years old and a female constable, Runa Kumari, 24 years, posted in the Nagar police station on a scooty, was badly injured. Who was coming to the police station to do fair duty for Durga Puja.

After the incident, the car driver started running towards Sheikhpura railway station with the car. The police chased him and caught the car. The incident took place late on Wednesday evening. The injured woman inspector and constable were admitted to Sadar Hospital Sheikhpura for treatment. Where both are undergoing treatment.

Sources said that the woman inspector was coming to the police station on a scooty along with the constable. Then a luxury car coming from behind at a high speed from Patel Chowk hit her scooty. Due to which the female inspector driving the scooty lost balance and fell on the road along with the scooty. The injured lady inspector and constable are being treated by the doctors. In this regard, the city police station president cum police inspector Vinod Ram said that the car involved in the incident has been seized.
