SC-ST Act case accused arrested in Aurangabad: misbehaved with a woman working in a nursing home

The Haspura police has arrested the accused in the SC-ST Act case in Aurangabad district. The said accused has been arrested from his village itself. The arrested accused Rakesh Kumar is a resident of Itwan village of Haspura police station area of ​​Haspura block. An FIR was registered against him in Haspura police station in the SC-ST Act case.

In this, he was absconding for many days. Meanwhile, the police got a tip-off that he was staying at his house. Immediately after the information, the police raided and nabbed him from his house. The arrested accused is the operator of a private nursing home operating on the Haspura-Pachrukhia road. A woman working in her own nursing home was assaulted and abused by the accused.

After this, a case was registered by Jai Kumar, a resident of Munj Bigha. He was absconding in this. Haspura police station chief said that this action has been taken on the basis of secret information. The arrested accused was sent to the court for remand. From where he has been sent to jail in judicial custody. Further action is being taken in the matter.
