In the meeting room of Hotel Chanakya, a review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Rural Development Minister Shravan Kumar with the Deputy Development Commissioners of all the districts across the state. In this, a detailed review of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural), Indira Awas Yojana, Jeevika, MNREGA, Jal-Jeevan-Hariyali Mission, social audit, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Rurban Yojana, Sansad Adarsh ​​Gram Yojana etc. was done and detailed instructions were given. The Minister said that the schemes of the Rural Development Department are related to the poor of the village, bring transparency in it.

Strict action will be taken against the workers who are lax in their work. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural), 1 lakh 96 thousand 333 incomplete houses from the financial year 2016-17 to 2020-21, as well as the target of 3 lakh 45 thousand 510 incomplete houses under Housing Plus in the financial year 2021-22. It was directed to complete and complete 100 percent houses across the state in every condition by December 31, 2022.

All the Deputy Development Commissioners were instructed to review the housing scheme thoroughly and reduce the gap of the first installment with approval. The meeting was attended by the secretary of the department, Bala Murugan D, commissioner MNREGA Rahul Kumar, joint secretary Arvind Mandal, deputy secretary Ravi Kumar and departmental officers, besides deputy development commissioners of all the districts.
