    Rajasthan News: CM Gehlot visits Rajsamand, Launches Haldi Valley Youth Festival

    Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot inaugurated Haldighati Youth Festival under the aegis of Youth Board Udaipur Division and District Administration Rajsamand. CM Gehlot said that the government is taking decisions for the future of the young generation.

    Rajasthan News: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Friday inaugurated the two-day Haldighati Youth Festival organized under the joint aegis of Rajasthan Youth Board Udaipur Division and District Administration Rajsamand. On this occasion, CM Gehlot said that the state government is taking many effective decisions for the better future of today’s young generation. The government is making constant efforts to make the youth self-reliant by connecting them with skills and technical innovations, to hone and hone their talents. He said that a strong, educated and developed youth generation will play an important role in making Rajasthan the leading state of the country by 2030.

    Communication revolution made possible by the vision of Rajiv Gandhi

    Remembering former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, Chief Minister Gehlot said that communication revolution took place in the country due to his vision. We are also moving in this direction and soon on the basis of youth we will make Rajasthan top in the field of IT. He said that the state government is sending 500 students abroad. so that they can hone their skills. Even the children of the village could speak English. That’s why English medium schools are being opened across the state.

    250 crores for startup

    CM Gehlot said that the government is not allowing the confidence of the youth to decrease. Youth hostels are being opened in every district and a budget provision of Rs 250 crore has been made to promote startups. Employment opportunities are being made available to the youth by organizing 100 mega job fairs across the state. Assembly Speaker Dr. CP Joshi said that the state government is committed for the all-round development of the youth. Youth are being benefited through IT. Cooperative Minister Udaylal Anjana said that more and more people are being benefitted in the dearness relief camp being run by the state government and they are being provided financial support by linking them with various schemes. Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Information and Public Relations Ashok Chandna said that new dimensions have been established in the field of education in Rajasthan under the leadership of the Chief Minister. Gifts have been given to the students by opening a large number of new Government Colleges and Girls Colleges. On this occasion, Rajasthan Youth Board Chairman Sitaram Lamba, Government Secretary Youth and Sports Affairs Naresh Kumar Thakral, Labor Advisory Committee Vice Chairman Jagdish Raj Shrimali, Divisional Commissioner Rajendra Bhakta, IG Ajay Pal Singh Lamba and a large number of common people were present.

    Inflation relief camp observed

    CM Gehlot visited the dearness relief camp organized in Nathdwara, Rajsamand municipality premises and addressed the gathering there. He said that the state government is working by adopting the motto of service only karma, service only religion. For this purpose dearness relief camps are being organized across the state. So far, about two crore Chief Minister’s Guarantee Cards have been distributed in these camps. He interacted with the beneficiaries and inquired about the benefits and facilities being provided in the camp. During this, the general public present there thanked the Chief Minister for this effective campaign. He also visited the exhibition of various products put up by Rajivika at the camp site. Earlier, Gehlot met the common people at New Cottage in Nathdwara, listened to their complaints and instructed the officials for quick disposal. After this, Chief Minister Gehlot also met freedom fighter Madan Mohan Somtia and his family members.

    Every class is getting benefited from public welfare schemes

    After the inauguration of Haldi Ghati Youth Festival, CM Gehlot attended the closing ceremony of Satchandi Navkund Mahayagya organized by All India Sagarvanshi Mali Samaj in Kanveri Nagar village of Rajsamand district. He said that health insurance of Rs 25 lakh and accident insurance of Rs 10 lakh is being provided under the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme. State’s Gaushalas are being given subsidy for nine months and Nandishalas for twelve months. Insurance cover of Rs 40 thousand per animal for two milch animals of every family is also being given by the state government. 100 units of free domestic electricity will make the electricity bill of most of the houses zero. Under social security, minimum monthly pension of Rs 1000 and free coaching is also being provided to the students under the coaching scheme.

    The Chief Minister gave gifts of development to the people of the area

    Chief Minister Gehlot announced the upgradation of Government Higher Primary Schools Madrecho Ka Guda, Pasunia, Gopaguda, Chhota Bhanuja, Kanewari Nagar and Majera to Higher Secondary Schools in Rajsamand district. He also announced to include Kanevari Mata Temple in the development plan of religious places and to upgrade Sardargarh sub-tehsil of Amet tehsil to tehsil. Magra Development Board President Laxman Singh Rawat, Kumbhalgarh MLA Surendra Singh Rathod, Bhim MLA Sudarshan Singh Rawat, Sahada MLA Gayatri Devi Trivedi, various public representatives, senior officers and a large number of common people were present on the occasion.
