The property of Dr Pawan Kumar, accused of Muzaffarpur kidney case, will be attached and confiscated. Muzaffarpur Police has started its preparation. Very soon the police will also appeal in the court for this. Legal action will be initiated as soon as the court order is received. However, earlier an arrest warrant was also issued by the court to arrest one of the accused. But the police was unable to reach the accused.

DSP Manoj Kumar Pandey, who is investigating the matter, Daily newspaper Told that both the accused are out of state. Of these, the last location of one was found out of India. He had reached Bhutan. Because of this, it is difficult to arrest him. Now the order of attachment of the accused will be taken from the court and the property of the accused will be attached.

When Manoj Pandey was asked whether the police was tracing the accused? Do the police know his last location? On this Manoj Pandey refused to clarify anything. He said that at the moment nothing can be said in this regard.

One accused Bhutan and the other in Bengal

The accused had fled from Muzaffarpur soon after the case was registered in the case. Information about one of them living in Bengal and the other in Bhutan was revealed. DSP Manoj Kumar Pandey told Dainik Bhaskar that three different teams have been formed for action. The help of technical cell is also being taken in this.

Victim is on dialysis for 60 days, donor is not available

Here, the victim is admitted in Patna’s IGIMS Hospital for the last 60 days. Here he is being dialysis every other day. The victim’s husband Aklu Ram told that till now neither any arrangement for kidney has been made nor is there any hope. The hospital management and the civil surgeon have all asked him to arrange the kidney on his own. None of the family members are ready for this.
