RIYADH — Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif held here Sunday official talks session with the Minister of Interior of the Republic of Iraq Lt. Gen. Abdulamir Kamel Al-Shammari.
At the outset of the session, Prince Abdulaziz welcomed the Iraqi minister of interior and his accompanying delegation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Prince Abdulziz conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammad Bin Salman and their wishes for the success of the meeting and its results that contribute in strengthening security in the two countries.
The Saudi Interior Minister affirmed that these discussions come as a continuation of strengthening bilateral cooperation in all security fields and joint work between the ministries of Interior in the two countries.
During the session, they discussed ways to enhance security cooperation between the two countries’ ministries of interior.
It also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding for security cooperation between the two countries’ ministries of interior. The session was attended by a number of senior officials from the two sides. SPA
