Gave necessary guidelines to the officers

In-charge DM Saurabh Suman Yadav and SP Jitendra Kumar, in the joint briefing of all PCCP sector officers and police officers, told everyone about their responsibility regarding the Nagar Panchayat elections to be held tomorrow in the auditorium located in Kodha block of Katihar. Along with giving necessary guidelines regarding Nagar Panchayat elections, asked to stay at every booth in the elections.

DM gave instructions to the officers

The DM said that under any circumstances the elections have to be conducted in a peaceful, fair and fear-free environment. Superintendent of Reserves and in-charge District Officer while closely inspecting the control room also observed the entire election work and legal system. In-charge DM Saurabh Suman Yadav and Superintendent of Police Jitendra Kumar inspected the pink booth and ideal booth located at the block headquarters. On the other hand, under the supervision of election officer Shankar Sharan Omi, all the presiding officers were given EVMs and sent to the booth site. Circle Officer Vikram Bhaskar Jha, Kodha Police Station President Rupak Ranjan Singh, District Audit Officer Vaishali Chowdhary as Sector Officer, Falka Block Development Officer Madhu Kumari and Sameli Circle Officer Ghulam Shahid were present on the occasion.
