Advocate Satish Kumar Snehi said that in this case, on August 12, 2022, a notice was sent to the police station chief to present the juvenile, but till date it was not presented. This is contempt of the order of the court, in which the police station chief and the child welfare police officer have been ordered to submit the doubt to the clarification council on 18 November 2022. The advocate told that this case is heinous, which is related to POCSO and IPC section 376, in which the case is pending due to the absence of the juvenile.

Why public juvenile conduct reports: Council
