Let us inform that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother Heeraben was unwell in the month of December last year and she was admitted to a hospital in Ahmedabad. At the age of 100, in the month of December last year, on December 30 at around 3:30 am, he breathed his last.
According to media reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s younger brother Pankaj Modi reached Varanasi on Friday and the Pind Daan was completed by Teerth Purohit Raju Jha at Dashashwamedh Ghat in Varanasi.
After the Pinddaan of Mother Heeraben was completed, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s younger brother Pankaj Modi also participated in the Ganga Aarti organized by the Ganga Seva Nidhi and in Ganga Aarti he also performed special worship for Mother Heeraben.
Apart from this, he worshiped Maa Ganga according to Vedic rituals and witnessed Maa Bhagwati’s aarti with great emotion. During this, Angavastram and Prasad were presented to him by Ganga Seva Nidhi President Sushant Mishra, Treasurer Ashish Tiwari, Secretary Hanuman Yadav.
