An uncontrolled pickup crushed a middle-aged cyclist near Saidpura of Goreyakothi police station area in Siwan late Friday evening. The middle-aged man has died tragically in this accident. In the incident, the deceased has been identified as 65-year-old Baijnath Bari, a resident of Saidpura village under Goreyakothi police station area.

In relation to the incident, it is said that the middle-aged man had come on a bicycle to the Saidpura market. While returning from buying medicines, an uncontrolled pickup coming at a high speed crushed him. After the incident, the pickup driver fled with the pickup. However, while running away with the pickup after the incident, the pickup rider hit a rickshaw driver, after which the rickshaw driver overturned on the middle of the road with the rickshaw, although the rickshaw driver suffered minor injuries in the accident.

After this, Aadesh, who was suffering on the middle of the road, was picked up with the help of the local people and brought to Goreyakothi Community Health Center in a hurry. After the incident, the doctors referred him to Siwan Sadar Hospital after first aid. It is said that the middle-aged man died after being brought to Siwan Sadar Hospital. On the other hand, after getting information about the incident, the police of the city police station reached the spot and took the dead body into custody. At the same time, the police of Goreyakothi police station reached the spot after the incident and sent the dead body to the mortuary for postmortem. Here, after getting information about the incident, the relatives of the deceased started crying loudly after reaching Siwan Sadar Hospital.

In relation to the incident, the family members of the deceased said that the health of the 65-year-old middle-aged man had deteriorated due to the work of planting wheat crop in the fields. He was running sick for 2 days, today he himself reached Saidpura Pura market with his bicycle to get medicine. Trying to cross the road after buying medicine. After the accident, the middle-aged man was hurriedly brought to the Sadar Hospital, after which the doctors declared him brought dead.
