Parcel looted at pistol point in Nalanda: Parcel was taken away without giving money, police said – no information

In Nalanda, the miscreants robbed the courier boy who came to deliver the parcel at gunpoint on Thursday. The matter pertains to Triloki Bigha and Rani Bagh of Hilsa police station area. The victim is Vivek Kumar, an employee of Blue Dart Courier Agency located in Bihar Sharif. According to the victim, Satyam Kumar, a resident of Rani Bagh of Hilsa police station area, had a parcel worth Rs 85,304. He had gone to Hilsa today to deliver the same.

When I talked to Satyam on the phone, he told about Hilsa coming to Patel Nagar, the courier boy also reached there. After this he demanded money in exchange for the parcel, then Satyam asked to wait for 10 minutes. The courier boy went to Triloki Vigha to deliver the parcel, when he was returning after delivering the parcel, Satyam and his 2 other associates stopped him on the way and forcefully took out his parcel from his bag.

On protesting, Satyam and his other associates assaulted Vivek, snatched his mobile and damaged it by throwing it on the spot. After this, he ran away from the spot showing the pistol. Somehow Vivek reached Biharsharif, after that he informed his agency about the whole incident. In this matter, Hilsa Police Station President Ghulam Sarwar told that he is not aware of this matter.
