According to the new order of the Bihar Board, the principal of the primary school will not be made the center superintendent at any examination center in the upcoming inter and matriculation annual examination 2023. Regarding this, the Bihar Board has issued a letter to all the district education offices.

This time only the principal of secondary and higher secondary school will be the center superintendent at each examination center. According to the Bihar Board, it has been seen in many districts in the past that the principal or teacher of the primary school was appointed as the center superintendent. This time the DEO office has already been informed about this. It has been asked to keep in mind the preference in the appointment of the center superintendent in the inter and matriculation annual examination.

According to the board, the centers for the upcoming matriculation and inter examination may be in the primary school. But the principal there will not be made the center superintendent, while he will remain in the guarding.

Complying with the order of the Patna High Court, the Board said that if the priority is not taken into account in appointing the Central Superintendent, then it will be a violation of the High Court. Action will be taken against the concerned officers of such districts. According to the board, only secondary and higher secondary school teachers are always appointed as invigilators in the inter and matriculation examinations. But due to shortage of principal by many districts, the principal of the primary school was appointed as the center superintendent. But this time the board has already given a clear order to all the districts that the center superintendent should be made only and only the principal of secondary and higher secondary school.
