National Income cum Merit Scholarship Examination: Scholarship of 2170 students has been stopped for verification

Out of 3445 students of the state who have cleared the National Income cum Merit Scholarship Examination, the payment of 2170 has been stopped only for verification. Of these, applications of 1308 students are pending at the institute level and 862 at the level of education department. Due to non-verification, the amount could not be transferred to their account till now. Please note that after the application is submitted by the students, it is scrutinized. First, the relevant institute is then verified by the level of DEO.
