The body of a 21-year-old youth, who had gone to see Jalsa in Katihar, was found covered with leaves. The whole matter is of Rambagh of Kodha police station area. It is being told that when the villagers were going from work towards the fields, they found the dead body covered in leaves. The relatives of the deceased were informed about this by the villagers. As soon as the information was received, the family reached the spot and started crying after seeing the dead body. On being informed about the incident, the police also reached the spot and started investigation.
Had left home alone to see Jalsa
In connection with the incident, the father of the deceased, Mr. Setabur’s father Mohd. Alif told that they are residents of Teenpaniya village of Kodha police station area. At the same time, on Wednesday night, he was going to see Jalsa in Bharsiya village alone on a motorcycle. On Thursday morning, he received information from the villagers that his son’s body was found covered with leaves. After getting the information, all the members of the house reached the spot. During this, the police was informed by the villagers. Police reached the spot and took the dead body in their possession and sent it to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. At the same time, the police has started investigating the matter. At the same time, the father said that his son was strangled to death. Kodha police station president Rupak Ranjan Singh told that the youth was going to see Jalsa at night. In the meantime, unknown criminals killed him. At present, the police is investigating the matter.
