Mother-in-law and daughter-in-law captured the post of ward councilor

RJD supporters captured the post of deputy and chief councilor in all four municipal elections
In the Gopalganj Municipal Corporation elections, RJD supporters dominated the posts of Chief and Deputy Councilor of Municipal Council. Chief Councilor of Gopalganj Municipal Council Harendra Chaudhary held the post of Chairman for the second time. Harendra Chaudhary is said to be a supporter of RJD. He won by getting 8620 votes defeating his rival Male supporter Ajatshatru by 3505 votes.
RJD supporter Rukhsan Parveen won the post of Vice President by getting 5008 votes. RJD supporter Rajesh Kumar Rai, who won for the fifth time from Kateya Nagar Panchayat, became the chief councilor after getting 3634 votes, defeating Amleshar Rai by a margin of 2194 votes. The same RJD supporter Priyanka Devi won the post of deputy chief councilor by getting 3705 votes. While RJD supporter Seema Devi from Barauli Municipal Council won by a margin of 517 votes by getting 3840 votes, along with getting 4638 votes on the post of Deputy Chief Councilor, Sanjay Kumar Upadhyay became Deputy Chief Councilor.
